Battle of the Bands

Education Through Music-Colorado is presenting a Battle of the Bands featuring some of Colorado’s most exciting bands to support music education.

In many Colorado schools, the hallways, classrooms, and auditoriums have gone quiet. Music education has become a luxury and thousands of children are growing up with increasingly unequal opportunities to thrive. Education Through Music-Colorado is closing this gap by integrating weekly music classes into the core curriculum of under-resourced schools. ETM-CO builds multi-year sustainable programs that help students’ creativity and growth flourish while inviting families to become involved. The result for students is cognitive development, academic achievement and emotional wellbeing.

Proceeds from the event will support ETM-CO’s mission of bringing music education to more children in Colorado.
